About NEXX Cleaning
LOCAL SERVICE. HIGHER STANDARDS.
NEXX Cleaning was built around a simple idea: homeowners and businesses deserve a cleaning company that does what it says it will do.
We provide professional window and gutter cleaning with a focus on dependable service, clear communication, attention to detail, and respect for every property we serve.
Based in the Wake Forest area, NEXX Cleaning proudly serves customers throughout Wake County and surrounding communities.
Why NEXX Cleaning Was Started
BUILT TO DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY.
NEXX Cleaning began with a desire to build more than another home-service company.
Too often, customers are left wondering whether someone will show up, whether they'll receive a call back, or whether the work will be completed with the level of care they expected.
We believe the experience should be different.
From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, our goal is to provide the kind of service we'd want someone to provide at our own home or business: reliable, professional, respectful, and done right.
That's the standard we're building NEXX Cleaning around.
Meet the Founder
WILLIE D. JAMES II : FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
NEXX Cleaning represents an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.
As a father of three daughters, Willie wanted to create a company his family could be proud of while showing them what's possible when you believe in yourself, work hard, and refuse to compromise your standards.
That philosophy carries directly into the way NEXX Cleaning operates.
Being on time matters.
Communication matters.
Taking care of someone's property matters.
Doing what you said you were going to do matters.
NEXX Cleaning isn't being built around completing as many jobs as possible. It's being built around earning the trust of every customer we have the opportunity to serve.
The NEXX Standard

More Than Clean Windows
BUILDING A COMPANY OUR COMMUNITY CAN TRUST.
Our goal isn't simply to clean a window or clear a gutter.
We're working to build NEXX Cleaning into the company homeowners and local businesses confidently recommend when someone asks:
“Who do you trust to take care of your property?”
That reputation isn't created through advertising. It's earned one customer, one property, and one experience at a time.
We intend to earn it.
