No. As long as we have access to the areas being serviced, you don't need to be home. Many of our customers choose to have their service completed while they're at work or running errands. We'll keep you updated before, during, and after the visit so you always know what's happening.

3. What if it rains?

Rain doesn't make clean windows dirty. Dirt, pollen, and debris do. If weather conditions prevent us from safely completing your service, we'll contact you promptly to reschedule at the next available opening. Your safety and the quality of our work always come first.

4. How often should gutters be cleaned?

Most homes should have their gutters cleaned at least twice a year—typically in the spring and fall. Homes surrounded by mature trees may benefit from quarterly service. Our NEXX Membership makes it easy by scheduling your maintenance automatically, so you never have to remember.

Yes. We carefully remove screens when needed, clean them, and reinstall them before we leave. We also wipe down window tracks and sills when included with your selected service, leaving your windows looking their absolute best.
